Weather balloon flight computer

People are sending Raspberry Pis to the stratosphere and chasing them across a state. Build the flight logger and the chase-car map.

Requirements

Logger: sample GPS, altitude, internal and external temperature every second to append-only storage that survives a hard power loss

Downlink: a compact packet format sent every 30 seconds over a lossy radio (simulated in the repo with random drops)

Chase map: a web page that plots received packets, predicts the landing zone from the descent rate, and works with no internet on a laptop in a car

Handle the GPS altitude ceiling that some receivers impose above 18 km

Replay a provided flight log end to end

Burst detection and an alert on the chase map
