A public message board for very small computers

A message board that a device with 320 KB of RAM can read and post to. No JavaScript required, no cookies, and it still has to handle abuse.

Requirements

Plain HTML pages under 4 KB each, paginated, with a text-only mode

Posting via a plain form; rate-limited by IP with a proof-of-work challenge instead of a captcha

A tiny binary API (one packet per post) for microcontrollers

Moderation: a report link, a hold queue, a banned-word list that is data

Works in a 1990s browser and in curl

An RSS feed and a gopher endpoint
