Nobody sticks with self-improvement tools. Fitness apps send notifications you swipe away. Habit trackers become another abandoned spreadsheet. The problem is not tracking — it is caring.

Build a product that uses a Tamagotchi-style living creature to help people optimise any aspect of their life. The creature is connected to something real and reacts to it.

What you connect it to is up to you. Some ideas:

A fitness Tamagotchi that thrives when you move and wilts when you sit all day

A savings creature that grows as your bank balance does

A sleep pet that gets energetic when you sleep well and sluggish when you don't

A learning companion that evolves as you study

A screen time monster that gets angrier the more you doom-scroll

A team health creature for engineering teams that reflects deploy frequency, incident count, PR review time

Requirements

A living digital creature with visible emotional and physical states

Connected to a real data source or user input that drives creature health

The creature visually evolves when things go well and decays when neglected

Simple daily interaction (not a 20-field form — one tap, one input)

Progress dashboard showing the real metric alongside creature state

It has to feel alive — idle animations, reactions, personality
