Fix the multiplayer game that desyncs

A two-player browser game in the repo goes out of sync after about a minute: the players see different boards. The netcode is small. Find the cause and make it deterministic.

Requirements

Reproduce the desync with the provided headless harness that runs two clients

Identify the non-determinism (there is more than one source)

Fix it so both clients compute identical state from the same inputs

Add a checksum exchange every second that detects any future desync loudly

A test that runs 10,000 ticks with random inputs on two clients and asserts equal state
