Autonomous daily news briefing

A blog that writes itself every morning from a list of feeds, with every claim linked to its source — and a kill switch for the days it gets something wrong.

Requirements

Pull a list of RSS feeds; deduplicate stories that appear in several

Summarise with any model; every sentence in the summary must carry a link to the story it came from, checked in code

Publish a static page per day; the site is a folder of HTML that any host can serve

A "retract" command that removes a story from a published day and notes the retraction

Run from a scheduler; a failed run leaves yesterday's page in place, never a broken one
