Capacitor alarm clock you cannot snooze

An alarm clock whose only off switch is physically inserting a component into a socket. Build the control logic and a faithful simulator; the shock is optional and yours to skip.

Set, edit and cancel alarms from a small web UI served by the device

When an alarm fires, the only way to stop it is a "proof of wakefulness" action you design — a physical insertion, a typed sequence, a held button for 30 seconds

The alarm escalates: quiet, loud, louder, with the escalation curve configurable

A simulator that runs the same state machine in the browser with a fake clock you can scrub

Alarms survive a power cycle
