Robot vacuum you can only reach by talking to it

A robot vacuum with no API, but it responds to voice commands from its own microphone. Control it from Home Assistant by having a speaker in the room say the commands — and know whether it obeyed.

Requirements

A service that turns Home Assistant actions ("clean the kitchen") into the exact phrases the vacuum understands, played through a networked speaker

Confirmation: listen on a microphone for the vacuum's acknowledgement tone and report success or failure

Do not speak while a person is talking in the room (simple VAD on the mic)

Queue commands; never talk over the previous one

A simulator that plays the vacuum's tones so the loop can be tested on a laptop
