Memory for an agent that survives restarts

Agents forget everything between sessions. Build a memory store with a sense of time: facts, when they were learned, when they stopped being true.

Requirements

Store facts as (subject, predicate, object, valid_from, valid_to) in SQLite

Write API: assert a fact, retract a fact, supersede a fact

Query API: "what was true on date X", "what changed since Y"

A retrieval endpoint that returns the twenty most relevant facts for a query using embeddings from any local model

Conflicts are surfaced, not silently overwritten
